Be Brave CCB Traveling Journal Entry

Being part of the CCB Traveling Journal group is a lot of fun. Here is the April Be Brave CCB Traveling Journal Entry. I used the Naturally Aged Paint System Precious Stone as the foundation along with lots of other supplies.

Check out the video showing the Naturally Aged kit. I used this as the background for the journal page.

Since the note on the journal said that the pages were thin and that paints were seeping through I decided that it would be easier to create the page outside of the journal and then paste it when it was complete. That’s a cool thing about art journaling, it is easy to adapt when necessary.

Then here is the video showing how I made the Be Brave CCB Traveling Journal Entry.

Do you like to art journal? Art journaling is a great way to express yourself. It isn’t necessary that you share the entry with the world, but you can do the entry for your own pleasure.

What I love about art journaling is there isn’t a right or wrong way to make an entry. Create whatever you want, with whatever supplies you like to use.

The process of making a journal entry in this traveling art journal is something that I enjoy. Each month a new journal arrives and a plan forms on how I will create my page.

How to make a sewing journal page

As a member of the Canvas Corp Brands creative crew I have the opportunity to be in a round robin. Today I’ll share How to make a sewing journal page. The journal will travel to eleven other artists around the world and then return to me in a year.

Since I began my creative journey by making my own barbie doll clothes, I knew that a sewing theme was to be the first entry.
