Looking at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/listing\/509459932\/natures-glory-printable-journal-kit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Natures Glory<\/a> image I knew it would be a perfect focal image on a greeting card.<\/p>\n<p>Since I knew I also needed to make a project featuring a Stamp Club set from Brutus Monroe I had several sets on my desk. Flipping through the stamps I saw the Birthday Wishes and an idea formed.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a video showing How to make a Birthday Wishes Card Using Scraps.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MUiWYQPoG3A\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Used the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brutusmonroe.com\/collections\/detail-ink?aff=14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brutus Monroe Detail ink &#8211; Raven<\/a> to stamp the Birthday Wishes from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brutusmonroe.com\/products\/stamp-club-membership?aff=14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brutus Monroe Stamp club set<\/a> on a scrap of white paper.<\/p>\n<p>Washi tape from my stash added another layer to the card. On my desk was a tied black and white bow and a smaller waxed linen\u00a0bow. Self-adhesive\u00a0rhinestones add a touch of bling.<\/p>\n<p>A page torn from an old book also makes a great background. Don&#8217;t worry I didn&#8217;t destroy a best seller book. It was one that I picked up at a thrift store. Usually, these old books can be found for under a dollar and these have nice old pages that can make great backgrounds on cards.<\/p>\n<p>Next time you are cleaning up your work area take a look at those scraps and see what else can be done.
