Cut the stamped cardstock down to the size you want your journal cards &#8211; mine were about 4 inches by 5 inches in size. Round the corners with the Corner Chomper.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Distressed ink &#8211; Spiced Marigold around the edges of the journal cards. Then spray Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists over the cards to add a pretty shimmer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stage.lindaisrael.com\/art\/?attachment_id=3672\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3672\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3672 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a.jpg\" alt=\"Sewn Journal Cards\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a.jpg 900w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a-600x337.jpg 600w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a-350x197.jpg 350w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Journal-Cards-Image-1a-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sew lace and fabric to the card with a zig-zag stitch on a sewing machine. If you don&#8217;t have a sewing machine use the Best Glue Ever or staple the lace and fabric to the card.<\/p>\n<p>Use the Martha Stewart\u00a0Bird Punch with peach paper to make bird shapes. Apply Distressed ink &#8211; Spiced Marigold around the edges of the birds.
