Using lots of charms and beads I&#8217;ll share with you how to make a beautiful Dragonfly Journal Charm or planner charm.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3955 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Dragonfly-Journal-Charm-Image-1a.jpg\" alt=\"Dragonfly Journal Charm\" width=\"3264\" height=\"1836\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Dragonfly-Journal-Charm-Image-1a.jpg 900w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Dragonfly-Journal-Charm-Image-1a-600x337.jpg 600w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Dragonfly-Journal-Charm-Image-1a-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Dragonfly-Journal-Charm-Image-1a-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 3264px) 100vw, 3264px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dragonfly Journal Charm supplies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y7kz3zq3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Round Nose Pliers \u2013 I use two pairs.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y7b5sgk8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The chain can be any color, you just want the rings big enough to attach jump rings through.\u00a01.5 inches of chain<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y96lkr39\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3\/4 inch Lobster Clasp or 20mm<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y88lkm97\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jump rings \u2013 I found a kit on Amazon that has a ton of different sizes.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Charms and items to add to chains<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y8wfphmg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BEADSMITH-One Step Looper Tool<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/ybg7oq6d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loop Pins by Tim Holtz Idea-ology, Pack of 24, Nickel, Brass and Copper Finishes, TH93200<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When making this Dragonfly Journal Charm I decided to look for dragonfly charms and beads that I thought would match my Dragonfly Junk Journal. This is when you can pull those random beads that you don&#8217;t have enough to make one project. One jump ring at a time, each element is placed where I think it looks the best. I really like the one step looper. It works great. I&#8217;m not an expert at using it yet.
