Begin by selecting some scraps of paper that are about 1 inch tall and at least 1.5 inches wide.<\/h5>\n<p>Stamp the Blank Label with Archival Ink, Jet Black on the scrap of paper. I like to stamp a bunch at one time and have them on hand.<\/p>\n<p>Next choose words from the Label Words collection to fill the label. Stamp with Archival Ink, Jet Black.<\/p>\n<p>Fussy cut the labels using the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Kz4Tv1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fiskars Easy Action Scissors<\/a>. These are my favorite scissor to use when fussy cutting.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Distress Ink, Walnut Stain, using a blending tool around the edges of each label.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1b.jpg\" alt=\"Page Flag Tutorial\" width=\"1000\" height=\"769\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1b.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1b-300x231.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1b-768x591.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1b-600x461.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Select a strip of fabric. I dye my fabric using Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists. See a tutorial on <a href=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/2021\/07\/24\/tutorial-dying-fabric-and-paper-with-tattered-angels-glimmer-mists\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my blog<\/a>. Fold long ways or hot dog style and snip at an angel to create the pennant shape at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>Grab some thread and lay a small bundle on the flag. Next, adhere the word label over the thread. Flip over and repeat.<\/p>\n<p>Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/ycauey8o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Best Glue Ever<\/a> apply glue to the back of flat back rhinestones and sequins. Allow to air dry &#8211; until clear. Once dry select one and apply to the bottom corner of the word label, flip over and repeat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1c.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1c.jpg\" alt=\"Page Flag Tutorial\" width=\"1000\" height=\"688\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1c.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1c-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1c-768x528.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lindaisrael.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Page-Flag-Tutorial-Image-1c-600x413.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Select a bulb pin and load with a bead charm and sequin. Then attach to the fabric. Since this can be seen on both sides add a sequin and bead to the other side.
