Want to know how to make a Super Easy Watercolor Card Using Stamps? Then you came to the blog on a perfect day. In my last inspiration box from Brutus Monroe, I got a wonderful Watercolor Background Stamp. Today, I’ll share how I made this card.
What is super cool about the Watercolor Background stamp is that you will get the same impression over and over. You can choose to use the same colors or not. Want to duplicate the look? Easy just use the same colors and a stamp positioner like the MISTI and you will get a beautiful card every time.
Since I have a lot of purple cardstock in my stash I chose to use Sea and Aubergine Surface inks from Brutus Monroe to make the background. I also used a little distress ink.
The Be Brave stamp set is a wonderful sentiment set, I use the Hello Sunshine stamp from the set. Detail Ink – Raven is the perfect black ink on projects and using the MISTI when stamping on textured paper makes sure I get a perfect impression.

The best part about this card? It took under ten minutes to make. Want to make a bunch? Just get your paper ready and you can whip up a dozen of these cards in a flash.
What would be the colors you would use to make a card like this one? I plan to pull out more of my paper scraps and see what other color combos inspire me. This will be a great way to use up all those papers for sure.
Are you inspired? Hopefully seeing this card gives you an idea of cards you can make.
