Today I’m sharing, How to make a Ducky Baby Card. Using Cricut Cut files Ducks and Ship from the Wall Decor and More Cartridge, Brutus Monroe stamp and ink and more.

Since the theme, this time is anything goes and I just happened to find some really cute yellow ducky scrapbook paper in my stash I knew this was the perfect time to use it today.

The ducks and the waves were cut on my Cricut. Today I wanted to make Baby greeting cards so I cut the ducks and waves to fit on a Standard A2 greeting card.

For the ducks and waves, I used Tim Holtz Distressed Inks, Tumbled Glass, Mustard Seed to highlight the texture.

Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Sunflower was sprayed on a white doily. This adds color and a pretty sparkle.

Digging around in my stash I found some embroidery floss and knew that this would make a perfect accent to the card.

Using my MISTI I placed the Congrats on your new little one from the Brutus Monroe – Bunny Kisses set inside and inked with Brutus Monroe Detail Ink – Raven. Next I cut the ends to look like a pennate and placed Pop dots on the back.

This baby card turned out super cute. And I was able to use items in my stash. My stash will slowly start to get smaller and I’ll have wonderful cards to share.
