Using scraps from your stash like Gel Prints and book pages you can create these simple mixed media journal cards. Grab the glue, acrylic paints, and tools, get creative and use up your scraps to create some mixed media journal cards.
Make a sturdy journal card by gluing cardstock to a scrap. Add a focal point with a piece of dictionary or any book page, then stamp and then distress the edges.
You can create different textures on the gel prints with items that are on hand around your home such as a shot glass or bubble wrap to create the circles on the front of your journal card. Get out your Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists and add more color and sparkle.
Think of items that you have laying around your home and use up those scraps to create your own mixed media journal cards. What items would you use up from your scraps and stash in July?
