Because of some groups and challenges, I’m sharing this post, How to make a Witch ATC. using things from my stash and a few purchased items I’ll share how to make a witch ATC.

Witch ATC

I’m a member of Paper Crafters United and we are doing a video blog hop and this is week three. The challenge this week is to alter an item. The only rules were to use items from our stash and cannot use, Digital Images or Scrapbook paper.

There is also part an Instagram hop #witchesofigwickhop 15 crafty witches are putting you under a spell with witchy projects.

Then finally I have a trade with Betz Golden for a Halloween ATC and I decided to make a witch ATC for her.

Many times I get asked how do I choose a project to make. Many times it is because of a challenge, swap, blog hop or because I got something new and a design team has a deadline. lol Occasionally I decide because of my mood and create something just because.
Supplies used:
Here is a video showing the process of making this Witch ATC.

Once all the items were selected it was very simple to make this ATC. I began by cutting the image of the girl out of the photo. Then I trimmed the paper backing paper from Brutus Monroe. Added a little Black Soot Distressed inks around the edge of the card base.

Applied the gold star washi tape to the Cricut Witch Hat and trimmed sides.

Trimmed the title from the book – The Ghostly Procession to fit on the front of the card. Used Vintage Photo Distressed ink then applied to card base.

Layered the book title, girl and the hat using Aleene’s Tacky Glue.

Adhered spider stickers and the phrase “the Witching Hour is Here” on top. Done!

Being able to use up things I had with a few purchased items feels great! I’m slowly using up my stash of collected things.
