Another installment of Story Time with Linda Smile. Did you know that smiling can get you out of a bad mood? Scientists have found that smiling on purpose can help you feel better. That the simple act of smiling can lead you to feel actual happiness and joy. They have found that smiling on purpose changes your brain chemistry, for the better.
Story Time with Linda Smile Video.
Over the years I have found that when I put a smile on my face even when I don’t feel like smiling changes my mood. It seems to change how I feel and the old saying fake it until you make it applies with smiles. If you smile and keep smiling then before you know it your mood changes and you will be happier.
I’ve found that if I know I’ll be seeing someone that doesn’t smile a lot and if I smile when we meet, it changes their mood too!
Our demeanor can make or break a conversation. If you start off with a frown then the other party may not stick around long to talk with you. They may become sour because of your mood.
That is why it is important to put a smile on your face. You never know how it will affect others.
While watching the Story Time with Linda Smile video, did you find yourself smiling? How did it make you feel?
I have found that if I smile while out shopping that the workers treat me better. Maybe I didn’t have a coupon and because I was smiling and chatting with the checker, they will pull out a coupon. It pays to smile!
So turn that frown upside down and see how it improves your mood and the mood of those around you.
