How to make Bottle Cap Magnets

Download the Collage Whimsey Digital Images, print. I decided to send mine to Staples so that I got crisp laser images.

Use a circle punch on the images you want to use. A paper trimmer is handy as you can trim down the rows of circles so that you can punch easier.

Go around the edges of the image with Brutus Monroe Detail ink – Raven. Using a permanent ink will be important so that the ink won’t run or fade.

Select a bottle cap and place a drop of Judikins Diamond Glaze in the center. Place the image you want on top.

Add a “Spare Parts” clear epoxy sticker on top of the image.

Adhere magnet with Omni-Stick glue.

Admire your creativity.

Making these little bottle cap magnets would be great gifts. Great for Teachers. Could also be a great craft fair item to sell.

I placed a few on my magnet cabinet in my studio. These will hold important notes and art.
