I’m sharing the One Fine Day Junk Journal made during the Feb 24th live stream on YouTube. During the live I created a junk journal using the One Fine Day digital kit from Calico Collage.

Supplies Used for the One Fine Day Junk Journal.
During the live stream I show how to make several of the pages inside this junk journal. Stencils, stamps and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists were used to match the One Fine Day journal kit by Calico Collage.

The Moroccan Lattice Stencil looks awesome even through the paper. Of course, using thin copy paper allows the stencil design to bleed through the page to the other side a little. The Sharpie No Bleed pens work great to write on these journal pages as it doesn’t bleed through to the other side.

Stationary and scrapbook paper are great items to fill a junk journal. Add different patterns by using these in your journals.

My Friend Beverly gave me some coffee dyed papers, like this yellow ticket. It adds a little interest to the page and allows for some creative writing over a book page.

Gel prints are also great ways to add different patterns to a journal. I love the way the gel print brings in a pop of color and whimsey.

Gold paper doilies are great to cut up and use as accents. Adding a little bit of bling to the page.

Layered corner tuck spots make a beautiful addition to a journal. Using up gel prints that may not be perfect is great for this project.

Making the One Fine Day Junk Journal was a lot of fun for me. I love all the images that Norella used in her kit. But, what really love is being able to pair stamps, stencils and more with her images to complete a journal.
