Example made using the Cow Skull, Henna Rose and Free Spirit QT. Stamped the Cow Skull on watercolor paper, colored with watercolor pencils and blended with water brush. Fussy cut skull and applied distress ink to the edges. Since I didn’t have the color of teal paper I wanted for this project I used Distress Oxide Mermaid Lagoon to color the edges of a white piece of paper. Next I sewed the purple calico on top then layered the skull image.
On the kraft base card I used the stencil that is part of the Wild and Free Creative kit (will be in the shop in Feb 2022) with Distress Oxide Crackling Campfire using an Oval Blending Brush. Then I stamped the Henna Rose randomly around the edges.
The horizontal strip was a mixed media page I created using Distress Oxide, stencils and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists.
Stamped the phrase follow your soul from the Free Spirit QT on a scrap of paper and layered over a feather.
After the card was adhered together I added a touch of Tulip Dimensional Glitter paint to the skull and in the corners of the teal layer.
