Mother’s day is just around the corner. Here is a Bi Fold Mother’s Day Card with Pockets that I made for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog. The blog requires that a Cricut cut should be used in the project. The images I used today Recipe Card Divider From My Kitchen Cartridge.

How to make a Bi Fold Mother’s Day Card with Pockets.
Supplies used for the Bi Fold Mother’s Day Card with Pockets
2 sheets of two sided cardstock – Cut one sheet to 8.5 in. x 8.5 in. Cut second sheet 8.5 in x 5.75 in.
Pink cardstock Cut three Recipe Card Dividers to fit pockets
Calico Collage Mother’s Day Printable Tags & Mother’s Day Digital Collage Sheet
Brutus Monroe Botanical Banners
Brutus Monroe – Bunny Kisses
Brutus Monroe Detail Ink – Raven
5 White paper doilies
Brutus Monroe Rouge Surface Ink
Tim Holtz Distressed Ink – Vintage Photo
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Vintage Pink

To begin cut the two-sided cardstock, Cut one sheet to 8.5 in. x 8.5 in. Then score at 1/2 inch and 4 1/2 inch on the 8.5 in. x 8.5 in. sheet. Punch half circles on the left center top and the bottom lower right. Cut second sheet 8.5 in x 5.75 in., on the second sheet of 8.5 in x 5.75 in. score at 1/2 and 4.5 in.
Use the Brutus Monroe Botanical Banners Rose in the MISTI, ink with Brutus Monroe Rouge surface ink then stamp on the three Recipe Card Dividers. Add color to the edges with the Ranger Blending tool using the Rouge ink. Select three images from the Calico Collage images, blend the edges. Fold a white paper doily in half and plete so that it will fit on the larger recipe card divider. Adhere with Aleene’s Tacky glue. Then adhere the digital images one on each divider. Spray each tag with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Vintage Pink
Select one large image for the center of the back, use the Ranger Blending Tool and Tim Holtz Distressed Ink – Vintage Photo to add color around the edges. Adhere this image to the center of the bi fold.
Add color to the edges of the paper doilies and place one on either side of the large photo. Blend the edges of two more images then place on top of the lace doilies.
Blend the long strip around the edges and adhere with Aleene’s Tacky Glue in the center.
Flip the card over. One this side select the large image and blend the edges, adhere in the center panel. On the left panel adhere a white paper doily after adding pink to the edges. Add two photos layered on each other over the doily.
Spray both sides of the card with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist – Vintage Pink.
Stamp Happy Mother’s Day with Brutus Monroe Detail Ink – Raven on a scrap of white paper. Trim the ends into a pennate.
Blend the edges of another doily just on half. Glue the half onto the bottom of the pocket portion of the card. Trim off the excess. Select several Prima Flowers and adhere on top of the doily leave a space for the Happy Mother’s Day banner.
Place pop dots on the back of the Happy Mother’s Day banner and adhere in the center of the flowers. Add a pink bow to the left side.
Put the tags (recipe card dividers) inside the pockets and you are done.
