Supplies Used for the Halloween Journal Card Tutorial.

Getting started on this Halloween Journal Card Tutorial is easy. First either purchase ATC sized cards or cut white cardstock 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Cut a piece of Ivory cardstock 3 x 3.5 inches.

Spray Tattered Angels Simply Sheer Safety Orange on both card bases. Splatter Tattered Angels Almost Black on both cards. Allow the cards to dry.

Apply Distress Ink, Walnut Stain to the edges of both card bases using a blending tool.

Using a ruler and a permanent black maker create black edges on all sides of the card bases. This will give the card a framed look with only one layer of paper.

On the 3 x 3.5 inch card base apply a thin line of Best Glue Ever using the No-Clog Writing cap around the outside edge. This will hold the spiderweb glitter tulle once the glue has turned clear. It will take a few minutes for the glue to turn clear and tacky. Once the glue is clear then apply the tulle on the card.

Stamp sentiment on a scrap of ivory cardstock. Spray with Tattered Angels Simply Sheer Safety Orange. Splatter Tattered Angels Almost Black. Apply distress ink and black marker to the edges. Adhere on the card using Best Glue Ever.

Apply spider using Best Glue Ever on top of the tulle and under the sentiment.

On the 2.5 x 3.5 card base apply a small amount of glue in the lower center, place tulle on top. Apply glue to the back of the Calico Collage Image cluster and put on top of the tule.
