Supplies used for the A Christmas Dream Pop Up Card Tutorial.

To begin this A Christmas Dream Pop Up Card Tutorial, download and then print the images onto cardstock. I use Neenah Royal Sundance 80 Cover in bright white. But any white cardstock will work.

Fussy cut the elements and apply Distress Ink, Walnut stain using a Blending Tool. When I’m creating elements like this one I go ahead and apply distress ink to all the edges. That way these are ready when it is time to adhere to the project.

Fold the base card in half. Next, fold the pop up tabs where indicated. There should be three mountain folds per pop up tab.

Adhere the pop up tab to the inside of the card. Aline the center of the pop up tab to the center fold of the card. Allow the tabs to dry before testing the pop up.

Assemble the tag pockets. There are two layers to attach to the tag base. This tag pocket is also big enough to pop a gift card inside.

Decide on placement of the pop up elements and adhere into place. Place something heavy on top of the elements to help these to stay put while the glue dries.
