Using the Calico Cottage Young Love digital images I’ll show you How to Make the Young Love ATC’s. These are great Valentine ATC’s that you can give out to friends or send in a mail swap. I plan to give these out at an event to a few friends.

How to Make the Young Love ATC's

Beginning January I have become a Design Team member for Calico Cottage. Being able to use her images for art projects is so much fun! The Young Love digital images I knew would be perfect for little Valentine ATC’s.

For today’s project I used these items in addition to Calico Cottages images:

A Happy Valentine’s Day Stamp – unknown maker. I’ve had this stamp for many years and I’m not sure where it came from. It may be a stamp that I got in a grab bag at a stamp convention or one that was made for me years ago.

Brutus Monroe Detail Ink – Raven was used to stamp the Happy Valentine’s Day phrase. I love this ink as it dries fast and it is waterproof. Great for when I want to watercolor or spray mists over the top.

Tim Holtz Distressed Ink – Picked Raspberry. The distressed ink was used around all of the images and over the Happy Valentines’s Day phrase.

From the 7 Gypsies Trousseau Stamp set that has been discontinued I used the phrase “from my heart”. This was embossed in gold using Brutus Monroe Embossing Ink and gold detail embossing powder.

Little Heart stamps are from Brutus Monroe Stamp Club – Little Monster for January 2017. I’m loving this little set with all the stamps so much can be done.

One of my favorite items to use is Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists on this project I used Viva Pink (discontinued but the same as Vintage Pink) and Cork.

For a final touch a small self adhesive rhinestones from Paper Studios were used. I just love adding a little bling when I can.

These were super fun and turned out cute. Since it was a digital download I can reprint these as many times as my printer will allow. So long as I don’t run out of ink. lol If I needed to make 20 or 30 I could very easily since most of the supplies were things I had on hand.

Hope this inspires you. Now that you know How to Make the Young Love ATC’s, how many will you make?
