Sharing  a Planner Page into Junk Journal Page tutorial. When digging through my papers I found an old planner that my brother gave to me and thought I need to use the Planner Page  and make Junk Journal Page. So today I’m sharing how I turned it into the junk journal page using Tattered Angels Glimmer mists, Scrapbook papers, and images from Calico Collage’s Fairy Garden digital journal kit.

Taking an old Planner Page and using as a junk journal page is another way to use up those old things that are laying around. Begin by trimming the page to the size that matches your other pages for the journal. Or leave it the original size for a larger page.

Apply Walnut Gold and Kraft Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist through a stencil on the Planner Page. I made my stencil, and now offer these in my shop, I love how I can custom make stencils for projects like this one.

Cut scrapbook paper the same width as the planner page when in landscape and about 6 inches tall. Then fold in half (hot dog style – a term I learned a few weeks ago to indicate that it will be long and skinny like a hotdog). Attach to the planner page on the bottom covering up the holes using Aleene’s Tacky glue.

Spray a scrap of purple cardstock with Tattered Angels to alter the color. Then attach scraps of notebook paper by folding over the top edge a little and stapling in place.

Attach the floral element with a glue stick and add the journal cards into the pockets. Now enjoy the page you made.
