January 11th Prompt is to find one of your favorite quotes, let that be your inspiration for creating today’s journal page and then Write about something or someone that inspires you.
Grabbing a quote from Quote Garden’s website, and an image from a book, a stencil and stamps, Linda gives tips on how to create a journal page.
Using the Firebrick Red Distress ink and an Oval blending brush with the Feeding Frenzy Stencil to create the background on the journal page. Stamping the page with Flowering Branch rubber stamp, Linda also sprayed a doily with the glimmer mist. She She used Aleene’s Tacky glue and adhered all the pieces collected for her page.
Writing with her sharpie pen, Linda shares with us a special thought of why her mom inspires her. Journals are so personal and to be able to share your thoughts publicly is a special moment.
