Using the Jane Austen digital downloads from Calico Collage, Rubber Stamps from B Line Designs, and Linda Israel Stencils were used to create the Jane Austen Junk Journal to inspire you to create your own beautiful journal.
Taking the Ribbon Rose Stencil on the Left along with one of the Textured Edges Rubber Stamp, Small Butterfly, Open Book, Bird Lover Stamp and White Words on Black Inspirational. The right side features the Retro Panel #2 Stencil, Textured Edges and digital images from Calico Collage.
Here Linda used the Janice Rubber Stamp with Jet Black on Ivory Paper and fussy cut out makes a great accent and tuck spot for the Flip Through of Jane Austen Junk Journal.
Using scrapbook pages are a great way to add patterns to a junk journal. Using the 12 x 12 papers allows for a pocket on the other side.Consider cutting a journal page in half then folding in half to create a side pocket on a journal page. You can add journal cards and tags to this side pocket.
The digital download Jane Austen digital journal Kit is designed to be 5 x 7. You can cut the pages in half, then tear to make a pocket. The pocket on the left was backed with a book page to add interest. On the right the 5 x 7 journal card has the back of the card tucked into the pocket to show off the image on the front of the card.
