During this tutorial, using the digital images from Calico Collage Linda shows how she completed two Mini Sea Breeze Junk Journals using stencils, tattered angels glimmer mists, and various stamps from her shop.
Creating this junk journal page using the net stencil and sprayed with tattered angels glimmer mist. Linda used the swaying palm rubber stamp, then added sea shell 1″ x 1″ seashell digital images by Calico Collage.
These pages were made using the sea themed chipboard pieces, images from the sea Breeze digital download with Beach Words digital download by Calico Collage.
Showing you how the shabby stitches rubber stamp is used on this junk journal page to the edges of the of these pages. The beach themed words digital download by Calico Collage were added, and the pockets were created for tuck spots for journal cards and tags.
The sea horse sea themed chip board piece is so cute on this page. Linda also used the Sea Oats on Dune Rubber Stamp, which almost looks like sea horse is swimming above the ocean floor.
Linda used the feathery rubber stamp around the edges on this page. You can add interest to any page by partially stamping any image from a rubber stamp to the edges of a page.
In the second mini journal, Linda choose this boat scene as the cover. The images are just beautiful from the Sea Breeze digital download by Calico Collage.
The Anchor chip board piece with the cheese cloth sprayed with tattered angels glimmer mist gives this junk journal page a fun nautical theme.
This light house image is amazing from the Sea Breeze digital download by Calico Collage. The page on the right linda used a stencil from the September Stencil club sprayed with tattered angels glimmer mist. and added the Anchor rubber stamp.
This light house image from the Sea Breeze Digital Download by Calico Collage, is beautifully created. The sea birds flying makes you feel like you are at sea side village by the water.
Try to combine different elements to any junk journal page.
There is a lot of writing space on the page to the left and by adding a digital image you can add tags or a journal card.
The Sea Breezed digital download by Calico Collage is perfect for anyone wanting to do a beach or seaside journal.
Being at the beach or at a little seaside village is so much fun. What is your favorite things about being at the beach? Try to incorporate those special beach memories when you are creating your own beach themed junk journal
