This Day 2 Stationery Gift Set Pocket Folder of the 12 days of Junk Journal Gift Ideas was a lot of fun as I got to use up some leftover invitations I picked up a while ago. Take a look at what you have in your stash that could be used to create a unique gift.
Select two envelopes that are the same size. Spray with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists. Layer a stencil on top and spray again. Adhere the envelopes together using the flap of one envelope on to attach to the other envelope.
Add a decorative touch using washi tape or strips of paper. Could also stamp a border on each envelope.
Spray Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists on a smaller A2 size envelope or make an envelope to fit your larger envelopes. Add Calico Collage images or even rubber stamped images. Fill the inside with usable journal cards and embellishments.
The invitations I used had cards with pockets. These were perfect to add journal cards and mop page turned into stationary.
Apply Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists with a paint brush to the Calico Collage Journal Label. It turns the vintage label into a colorful addition.
The the folio or pocket folder with ribbon. My ribbon was part of the wedding invitations. Using it up!
Dig around in your stash, see what you have that can be used to make your own version of the pocket folder.
