Using stencils and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists along with some rubber stamps and fibers Linda shows how to create a tag book. This Day Dreaming Tag Book Tutorial is a great way to use up those random papers to make a booklet that can be added to any junk journal.

In this video Linda shows how to use the Day Dreaming Creative Kit to make tag books.

Supplies used for the Day Dreaming Tag Book Tutorial

Using the Tags that are included in the Day Dreaming Creative Kit,  fussy cut the Tags for the cover of the Tag Book. Then cut the base using the tags as a template from plain  card stock and distressed the edges.  Use Tulip Dimensional Fabric Glitter Paint and paint the flowers on the tag covers which made the images stand out.

Choosing different types of papers from the stash for the pages of the Tag Books,  add some shimmer and color to the pages using the Day Dreaming Tattered Angels spray along with the Day Dreaming stencil from the kit to add color and shimmer to the Tag Book Pages.

Using the base for the Tag Books, cut the pages to the dimensions of the tags.

Add more interest to the cover of the Tag Books, stamp out Journal words Journal Quartet from Bline Designs that you will find in the shop. Use the Crop a Dial Corner Chomper and rounded the corners, and then distressed them to give a more finished look.

Bind the Tag Book,  stack the tags and pages, then use large paper clips to secure the stacks in place. Punch holes at the top of each Tag Book using the Crop a Dial Eyelet setter and Hole Punch. Then took the fibers from the Day Dreaming Creative kit, cutting them to 10 inch lengths,  sliding the fibers through the holes and tie these to secure the Tag Books.  Add the Journal words  as elements to the Tag Book covers to complete the them.

I hope that I have inspired you and I look forward to seeing how you create your very own Tag Books!
