Another element to share from the Golden Christmas Journals. How to make Christmas Rosettes. Sharing my tips on making some fun embellishments for your junk journal or for a greeting card or other projects you might want to make. Ooh, how about a rosette banner?
My inspiration came because of one of the lovely members of the Friendly Junk Journal People group sent a RAK (random act of kindness to me). When I saw the beautiful Rosette I knew that I wanted to create my own version.
After looking over my stash, I collected the supplies I wanted to use. Remember to dig around in your scrap bin for papers for projects like this one. You could even just use scraps and make all kinds of versions to have on hand.

I love sharing projects especially if it is a tutorial. My passion is to share the knowledge I have with others about paper crafting. Please enjoy this video on How to make Christmas Rosettes.
Using the scraps and supplies from my stash I created these Christmas Rosettes quick and easy. I liked using scraps that may not work for other projects, but for something small these were perfect.
Take a look at your supplies. If you don’t have the punches try using the bottom of a glass or other object to make circles. Use a penny to make large scallops around the edge and then cut it out. Just have fun playing with the paper.
Make sure to check out the Friendly Junk Journal People Facebook group. Of course, you are welcome to join the Friendly Junk Journal People Facebook group. The group is growing daily and we are a friendly group willing to help each other and encourage each other.
