Even scraps of fabric can be used in a junk journal. Here I attached a couple pieces of fabric by sewing these. Then added a strip of fabric to a paperclip.
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist paired with a stencil is a great way to add color to a page. Don’t throw out those old newsletters, these can become page elements in a junk journal too.
My mother in law gave me a bunch of stationary that belonged to her mother. I thought it would make a perfect addition to the page. Cutting images out of gardening books is a great way to get color and floral images.
Fabric scraps are something that I really enjoy using. Since I started my crafter experience by making doll clothes fabric has always had a special place in my heart.
Attaching fabric to cardstock is a great way to add color and texture quickly. Love making these little tags with a paper punch and strips of fabric.Tulip Dimensional Fabric Glitter Paint is so easy to use and adds sparkle to any project. It reminds me of old-time greeting cards every time I use it on a project.Jr. Legal Notepads are a great way to add more writing space in a junk journal. Spraying the pages with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists through a stencil makes them fresh.
What kind of scraps do you tend to have more of in your stash? Is paper your thing? Or do you like Fabric? I have about equal parts of both in my stash. lol
