Day 28 of #useitupjuly and I’m sharing a super cute Serendipity Tag Tutorial. Using a freebie from Calico Collage I share how to make cute tags. Get out those scraps and make something fun.

Supplies used for the Serendipity Tag Tutorial

Select cardstock for the back of the tags. The digital images I have were printed on standard copy paper using a laser printer. Cut the cardstock to fit the digital image with about a 1/4 inch border.

Add Picked Raspberry Distress Inks to the card base and the digital image edges. Adhere the digital image to the base with the Best Glue Every by ScraPerfect using the No-Clog Writing Cap. It helps to have the perfect amount of glue on a project.

Add stitching around the edge of the tag and attach scraps of fabric to the top.

Apply Tulip Dimensional Glitter Paint to the butterfly and flowers on the card. After adding distress ink to the edges of the words, attach with Best Glue Ever.

Admire your new tags. These are super easy to make. Great for a swap or add to journals. Could even put these inside a greeting card as a bonus gift.
